Questions we answer every week

If your question isn’t here, send it through the contact form — we reply within one business day with a straight answer.

How do you price projects?
Fixed-price for well-defined deliverables (websites, integrations, plugins), and time-and-materials for ongoing development. After our free 30-minute discovery call, you get a written quote with milestones and a fixed total. No hourly billing surprises.
What is the typical timeline for a project?
A standard 10-page WordPress site ships in 2–3 weeks. A custom web platform (e.g., a chatbot, internal tool, or e-commerce backend) typically runs 6–14 weeks depending on integrations. Flutter mobile apps with a backend API typically take 10–16 weeks. We deliver in 2-week sprints with a working demo every Friday.
Do you only work with clients in Fiji?
Our roots are in Fiji and most of our work is with Fijian and Pacific clients, but we work remotely with international clients too. Time zones are not an issue — we’ve delivered for clients in Australia, New Zealand, and the US.
Do you handle hosting and maintenance after launch?
Yes. Monthly care plans cover plugin updates, daily backups, security monitoring, uptime alerts, and a real person to call when things break. Hosting can be arranged on Azure, AWS, DigitalOcean, OrangeHost, or a provider of your choice. We document everything before handover so you’re never locked in.
Can you integrate with M-PAiSA, ANZ, or other Fiji payment gateways?
Yes — we built the only open-source WooCommerce M-PAiSA gateway plugin, and have shipped ANZ Mastercard (MPGS), Stripe, and PayPal integrations across multiple platforms. We handle the full integration including SHA-256 webhook verification, reconciliation logging, and Postman collections for testing.
What if I need help that doesn’t fit a standard service?
Get in touch. Many of our best engagements started as “I don’t even know what category this falls under.” Architecture reviews, code audits, technology selection, on-site training, technical due diligence — we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit, and refer you on if we’re not.
Who actually does the work?
Harshad Shiva Chand leads every engagement personally — code, architecture, and direct client communication. Specialist collaborators (Anurrag Raj and Deshant Singh of Dev Pulse) come in for design and frontend work when projects scale beyond solo capacity. There’s no junior dev assigned to your project without you knowing.
